The B.A.S.S. Membership Database is to undergo a transition from our current system to an updated system starting on January 6, 2023. The conversion will take approximately two weeks. During this period, new members will still be able to join B.A.S.S. online but NOT B.A.S.S. Nation. Their membership will not be registered in our database until after the conversion is completed and therefore they won’t be eligible to register for an event or be considered an active B.A.S.S. or B.A.S.S. Nation member. Anyone with an active membership on our system before Jan 6th will still be able to register for events. Officers will still have access to the roster system and can pay invoices and make additions and deletions.
We are sending this to give you an advanced notification so that you can share it with your state and encourage potential members who would like to participate in any events to join and urge any officers to take care of any necessary updates to their rosters before January 6.
